Electrolytic Rust Removal How is it Done

Electrolytic Rust removal is a method to remove rust from rusted object using an external supply of current.

The external current causes a process that "dissolve" the oxide of which rust is composed.

In simple terms the current used in the Electrolytic Rust Removal causes a process that is the "reverse" of what happens when iron rusts.
