Who Discovered Jupiter?

 

Jupiter is the fifth planet from the Sun and is the largest planet in the Solar System
Jupiter, due to his huge mass and brightness It is visible to the naked eye in the night sky , and for this reasons it has been known since ancient times.
One of the first civilization to study the motions of Jupiter, and more generally of all the planets visible to the naked eye (Mercury, Venus, Mars..), was the Assyrian-Babylonian.
The Romans named it after Jupiter the most important god.
